In bringing Buzz!, Sony Playstation’s European franchise of trivia games to the US, Sony wanted a campaign that could show off the addictive social nature of the games along with a website that could expand as more titles to the franchise.
Along with two spots focused on the launch title, Buzz! The Hollywood Quiz, Buzz Heights was a fully interactive website featuring an entirely hand-built neighborhood where each house represented each franchise title.
The site featured day and night cycles based on the users location, real actors superimposed into the models, and a ton of easter eggs to reward users for poking around.
